    It is the responsibility of the contestant to have the proper documentation to enter the USA.
    The USA World Showcase cannot be used as a reason to gain a VISA entry into the USA.

    For other countries not listed above.....
    Residents from other countries not listed above, may submit an entry to the USA World Showcase Competition, only after they have acquired a travel VISA to enter the USA legally. The USA World Showcase cannot be used as a reason to gain VISA entry into the USA. A resident from a country that the US Government requires a Visa must first get their USA Visa prior to submitting an entry to the USA World Showcase. Foreign contestants can review the tourist and Visa requirements for the USA at http://travel.state.gov
