My name is Dacia Weir, and I had so much fun at the USAWorldShowcase!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was the one who danced to the song "Shake Your Groove Thing!" Trust me, I've been to a lot of comepetitions at this one was the best I've ever been too!
When you go to the UsaWorldShowcase everyone leaves happy! Your staff is great! They made me feel comfortable at all times. Tell them to keep up the good work! I had a blast! The UsaShowcase competition is truely a dream come true! I could go on and on commenting you on the showcase......

Hi, first of al i would like to thank all of the trophy winners at the june 18 competition. I myself was a competitor but did not win a trophy. That's o.k because coming to the competition was alreadya big thing for me.
I've been to many auditions but there wern't that many people to watch me audition. So by being in the show i tried to prove to myself that there are bigger steps to take and being on stage with hundreds of people is one of them which took up alot of courage.
I must say that despite the fact that i didn't win a trophy, the judges worked very hard on making their decisions. They were also very sweet through out everyones performance as you could see it in their faces. They were smiling throughout everyones performances and showed that they were happy to be there which puts a positive impact on the competitors. So thanks to the judges for that.
And also i would like to thank the usa world showcase staff members for letting me join the competition on june 18, 2005. and also for helping me realize and experiencing more on what i want to become.

DEAR USA WORLDSHOWCASE,
Thank you for putting my performance on t.v. I was so excited!! My whole school got to watch on t.v. I made it to the top 25 and then made it to the top 5. I had a lot of support from my family, friends, and people from my town. Everyone is so happy that I made it this far and my parents are throwing a party for me!! I too wanted to thank you for the opportunity to perform in Las Vegas. Although I did not win the comedy competition, I had fun! Bering with other comedians and performers was a gift in addition to performing in Las Vegas.
It was such a boost to my self esteem to have this opportunity. The Lord truly provides. I did not have 2 nickels to rub together to get there, but family and friends were so generous. I feel humbled, and truly blessed.

We just arrived back from Las Vegas to Connecticut today, and we wanted to let you know, even though we missed our plane out of JFK and arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning (competition day), we had a blast. It was such a great experience, not only for Sinead, but for the entire family. All 3 of us enjoyed the day.
What an experience for a 13 year old. Everything was beautifully organized and the venue was absolutely fabulous! You and all you staff made everything run like clockwork. They were very accessible to all the competitors and made everyone feel welcome.

Wow, you guys never cease to amaze me in your professionalism and immediate response to questions or concerns.
Courtney had the most wonderful time and met many incredible people, both contestants and their great families. Of course, she is thrilled she placed first in the dance division for her age group, but she would have felt the experience was just as amazing had she placed last. I think she met every single constant and then some. Back stage and out side of the competition she was introducing herself to everyone. The best part of it was she was doing this all on her own, that was not something I told her or prepped her to do. I was told by many people including some of your staff that she stole their hearts. I participated in the last USA World Showcase and did not succeed the way I had hoped. Regardless, it was an awesome experience and I'd like to take my talent and dream of singing back to the showcase, and try again. I believe that going again, trying again, will encourage my career more,and inspire other contestants to not give up just because they didn't win the first time around. After going to the USA World Showcase once already has taught me what kind of song I need to be performing, and how to succeed. I received many compliments on how well I performed, and some even said they were surprised to see me not win anything in the competition. I believe I deserve a second chance, and I hope that you can believe that also.
